Common Questions

How do I stop the agent from doing something destructive?

Approval gates. You mark which actions are consequential — refunds, deletions, outbound emails — and the agent must wait for your click before executing them. Everything else runs autonomously within the permissions you granted.

Which models can power the agent?

Any of the 42 models on Multos, and different steps can use different models. Planning might run on a frontier model while tool formatting runs on a fast cheap one — the routing is part of the generated agent.

What happens when the agent gets stuck?

It escalates. The generated agent has explicit failure handling: after failed attempts it stops, logs its state, and notifies you with a summary of what it tried — never an infinite loop of retries.

Can multiple agents work together?

Yes. Multos supports multi-agent patterns where a coordinator delegates to specialist agents — research, writing, execution — each with its own tools and permissions.
