1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Multos AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Multos AI is an AI-powered development platform that enables users to build, deploy, and manage applications through natural language conversations. The Service includes access to AI models, cloud deployment tools, and collaborative development features.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly or annually as selected.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date.
4. Refund Policy
- Paid plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the monthly token allocation has been consumed.
- Refund requests must be submitted to support@multos.ai within the 7-day window.
- Refunds are limited to one per account.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods outside the 7-day window.
5. Usage Limits
- Each plan includes a monthly token allocation. Unused tokens roll over to the next month as long as you maintain an active paid subscription.
- Upon cancellation, any remaining tokens above the Free tier allocation (300,000) will be removed at the end of the billing period.
- AI model access varies by plan tier. Attempting to access models outside your tier is prohibited.
- Automated abuse, scraping, or excessive API usage beyond your plan limits may result in account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all code, applications, and content you create using the Service. Multos AI does not claim any rights to your work.
7. Cloud Connections & Deployment
- You may connect your own cloud provider accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, Alibaba Cloud, Oracle Cloud) to deploy applications.
- Multos deploys to your cloud accounts on your behalf using credentials you provide. You are responsible for all costs incurred on your cloud provider accounts.
- Multos stores encrypted credentials solely to execute deployments you initiate. You can disconnect and revoke access at any time.
- Multos is not responsible for misconfigured resources, unexpected cloud charges, or outages on third-party cloud platforms.
8. Prohibited Use
- Generating malicious code, malware, or content intended to harm others.
- Attempting to bypass security measures, access controls, or usage limits.
- Using the Service for illegal activities.
- Sharing account credentials or reselling access.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Multos AI is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, deployment failures, or service interruptions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
