Multos AI is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not use your code, prompts, or any user data for AI training or model improvement. Your data is yours alone.

What We Collect

• Account information (email, name) for authentication
• Code and prompts you submit to generate applications
• Files and projects you create within the platform

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only for:

• Processing your requests and generating code responses
• Storing your projects for recovery and persistence
• Providing customer support when you contact us

We do NOT use your data for:

• Training AI models
• Analytics or aggregation
• Sharing with third parties (except as required by law)
• Marketing or advertising

To provide our service, your prompts and data may be processed by:

AI Model Providers

• Anthropic — Claude Sonnet and Opus models
• OpenAI — GPT models
• Google — Gemini models
• xAI — Grok models
• Mistral AI — Mistral models

Open-Source Model Hosting (US-based)

Open-source models (Qwen, DeepSeek, MiniMax, GLM, Kimi) are hosted exclusively in the United States through the following infrastructure providers. No data is sent to servers outside the US.

• AWS Bedrock — US-hosted inference (configured with opt-out from training)
• Baseten — US-hosted model inference
• Fireworks AI — US-hosted model inference

Infrastructure & Deployment

• Modal — Cloud sandboxes for code execution and file storage
• Cloudflare — Hosting, CDN, and edge deployment (Multos Cloud)

Cloud Connections (Optional)

When you connect your own cloud accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, Alibaba Cloud, Oracle Cloud), Multos stores encrypted OAuth tokens or IAM role references to deploy on your behalf. These credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are used solely to execute deployments you initiate. You can disconnect and revoke access at any time.

All providers process your data only to serve your requests. AI model providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for training.

Data Retention

• Active projects: Stored as long as your account is active
• Deleted projects: Removed within 30 days
• Account deletion: All data deleted within 30 days

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Delete your data
• Export your projects
• Close your account

Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
